A Fellow ACCA, CIA, and CFE with 20+ years of internal audit, risk and forensic accounting experience across Big 4, multinational, and listed companies. He is skilled in diverse industries, including FMCG, energy, construction, and manufacturing, with assignments completed in over 25 countries. Adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels and strengthening governance through effective audit and risk management practices.

CPA (Canada), ACA (England & Wales)
Mr Hassan Mahboob is a highly regarded finance professional with dual international qualifications (CPA Canada, ACA ICAEW). He has vast experience working in Canada, the USA, Pakistan and the UAE. He brings expertise in IFRS, financial reporting, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, and VAT/corporate taxation. Known for his energy, organisation, and ability to deliver under tight deadlines, he combines technical excellence with a collaborative approach to help clients achieve their financial goals.
